A personal favorite and decades long staple at the North Shore Music Theater is their annual Christmas Carol show.

One of the best things about living in Essex County is its community spirit. The county is home to several annual festivals and events, including the Topsfield Fair and the Salem Haunted Happenings Festival. These events bring the community together and provide an opportunity to meet new people and have fun. Just be sure to prepare yourself for the Halloween congestion in downtown Salem for the entire month of October!

On average it’s not quite the most affordable place to live in Massachusetts but it provides a unique atmosphere of history and nature that can’t be compared to anywhere else in New England.
